My specialism as a body transformation coach is with males 30-50 years old who love working out in the gym but aren’t in love with the results from that effort.
I often work with guys who are looking to get in the best shape of their life for their 40th birthday.
Normally it’s guys who’ve been training for many years and have hit a roadblock in terms of results.
They’ve often tried to apply the same techniques that they’ve used all their lives, especially when they were younger.
The issue with this is obvious, we are never as young as we were and the things we did when we were 25 are not things we can get away with when we are 39.
If we try to then we get injured quickly.
What’s needed then is an adaption of the weight training workouts to be both productive and engaging.
This isn’t an ‘old man’s workout’ this is a workout specifically adapted to deliver the best results which does not impact health.
