A Dessert with Added Protein

Ingredients
- 250g mashed banana
- 125g nut butter
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (vegan if required)
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180℃/350℉/Gas 4. Line a mini muffin tray with with mini muffin liners and lightly spray with olive oil cooking spray.
- Next, blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Pour the brownie mixture into the muffin tins and place in the oven for 13 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Keep in the refrigerator or freezer.
