- Meals and Snacks are allocated into blocks which can be split down or bunched together for bigger/smaller portions.
- If your customer’s day or work pattern changes they can easily adjust to fit without needing a new diet plan
Over 100 common foods to choose from split into 'protein' 'carb' or 'fat' options
- Customers learn what portion sizes are right for them and how to eat healthier.
- Higher calorie foods carry less volume but are not excluded.
- No food is marked as ‘sinful’ or ‘bad’

- Calculations based on customer needs, activity and lifestyle.
- Allows customers to progress in their knowledge from the meal guide to tracking macros easily.
- Customers can add or reduce calories by increasing or decreasing snacks and meals

- They start by filling in a form with the basic questions that we need to build their eating plan
- You can add any other questions that you want
- From that information we generate their branded plan

- The completed diet plan goes into a shared folder on Google Drive and you can eaily access to send to your clients
- You get 5 free diets plus 1 for you as a demo to show your customers how it works

I originally built this system for use in my Target Lean program.
