Sometimes research findings can be difficult to apply in the real world due to the constraints of lifestyle and the practicality of application and timing. Then we discuss should you do something just because a Pro guy does it? The consideration of their circumstances should always be considered in making a decision to follow their protocol or not. Does the reason they do something justify you doing it? Would it actually detriment you to follow their routine?
