Ingredients
- 1 whole banana
- 1 whole egg
- 1 scoop whey protein approx 30g powder - 24g protein
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt 0% fat
- 50 g Blueberries raspberries or strawberries can be swapped in
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions
- Stick the banana, egg and whey protein in a blender. Whizz it up to make batter.
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan and pour pancakes. Cook each side for one minute.
- Serve with berries, yoghurt and honey.
